Return Policy:
Our return policy applies solely to unused or defective products caused by our errors. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or unsatisfactory products, please notify us immediately and provide photographs of the issues. Prior communication is essential to arrange the return process, and we may request digital photographs to evaluate the problems. Please ensure that you retain the original packaging for appropriate return processing.
If you are dissatisfied with your products, you have the option to return them within 7 days of delivery for either a refund or a replacement. We will assist you throughout the return process and offer any necessary support.
For damaged or incorrect items received during transit, we will cover the return costs.
If you change your mind, you may return the products within 7 days at your own expense. Upon receiving the items in their original condition, we will refund the product cost, but please note that we are unable to refund the delivery charges in this case.
Please be aware that our 7-day returns policy does not extend to products that have been repackaged from their original condition. We are unable to accept returns or refund the cost of such items.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item on our website.
We have decided to discontinue the practice of including return labels with orders. However, we offer alternative options to streamline your return process. You can choose to print your own prepaid label, obtain a QR code for use at eligible USPS or FedEx locations, or return the item in-store. Please ensure that the item is appropriately paired with the correct package and label to avoid any complications. Kindly note that items sent to us by mistake, with an incorrect label, or those not meeting our return criteria will not be eligible for return or refund.
