Order Processing Queue:
Upon completion of the payment process, your order undergoes a meticulous 24-hour waiting period before it is forwarded for embroidering. This waiting period allows for a window of opportunity, granting you the flexibility to fine-tune any specifics pertaining to your order. Whether it be adjustments to the size, color, or quantity of your selected items, or even the option to cancel the order entirely, this period ensures that your preferences are accommodated to the fullest extent. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and we aim to provide you with the utmost convenience and control over your order before it progresses to the embroidering stage.

Shipping Duration:10-14 business days.
International orders may require an additional 1-2 weeks.

Re-shipment Policy:
We offer reshipment in specific cases, such as incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts. Re-shipment costs are as follows:

Shipping to Multiple Addresses and PO Boxes:
At present, we can only accommodate shipping to a single destination per order. If you require items to be sent to multiple locations, we kindly ask that you place individual orders for each address to ensure accurate delivery.
PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO:
We do facilitate shipping to PO boxes as well as military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that deliveries to APO addresses may require a longer transit time, typically ranging from 40 to 45 days due to the intricacies of military procedures.
