Customers have the option to modify or cancel their orders within 24 hours of successfully placing them. After the 24-hour window has passed, requests for order modification or cancellation cannot be accommodated as the order will have been processed and dispatched to the carrier.

1 Collect all necessary information, including the order email, order number (found in the order confirmation email from Byteeallover), and specific instructions for the desired changes or cancellation.
2 Send your request along with the provided details to support@byteeallover.com, using the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].
Refunds for canceled or modified orders:
We will promptly process your request upon receipt and aim to provide a response within 2 business days. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days. However, please note that some banks may require additional time to process the refund.
